When you submit the contact form or email us we process your name, email address, engagement preference, and message content. If you commission work we may also process billing details and the business contacts needed to deliver the engagement.

Retention

Enquiry messages are retained for up to twenty-four months unless a related engagement continues. Contract and billing records are retained for six years to meet United Kingdom accounting requirements. Cookie consent choices remain in your browser until cleared.
