By using this website or confirming a paid engagement you agree to these terms. If you are contracting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Services described

Pages describing engagements, fees, and processes are informational. A binding scope, fee, and timetable appear only in a written confirmation or statement of work issued by Workspace Sycamore Ltd.

Intellectual property

Website content, including text and layout, remains the property of Workspace Sycamore Ltd. Deliverables created for a client under a paid engagement are licensed to that client for internal business use unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not republish our site materials as your own.

Client materials

You retain ownership of builds, recordings, exports, and documents you supply. You grant us a limited licence to use them solely to deliver the engagement.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Workspace Sycamore Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from decisions made using measurement findings. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under United Kingdom law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Courts of Scotland have non-exclusive jurisdiction, reflecting our Aberdeenshire place of business.
