Refunds and cancellations
These terms apply to paid consulting engagements with Workspace Sycamore Ltd. They do not describe product retail or physical shipping.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to fees paid for scoped engagements such as audits, health checks, workshops, and readouts when cancellation conditions below are met.
Timeframe
Written cancellation requests must reach contact@workspace-sycamore.click at least seven clear working days before the agreed start date for a full refund of fees paid, minus any non-refundable deposit stated in your confirmation.
Full and partial refunds
- Full refund (less any stated non-refundable deposit) when cancelled seven or more working days before start and no substantive work has begun.
- Partial refund when work has started: we invoice for completed discovery, path walkthrough, or analysis time at the rates implied by the statement of work and refund the remainder.
- No refund for completed deliverables already accepted or for the portion of work delivered before cancellation.
Non-refundable items
Non-refundable deposits (when specified in writing), third-party travel booked at your request for on-site workshops, and fees for completed readouts are not refundable.
Refund process and timing
Email a refund request with your engagement reference. We confirm eligibility within five working days and process approved refunds within fourteen working days to the original payment method.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may reschedule once without charge if you give at least five working days’ notice. Later reschedules may incur a fee to cover preparation already completed. We may reschedule for illness or force majeure and will offer a new date promptly.
Deposits and no-shows
Deposits secure start dates. Failure to attend a scheduled workshop or readout without notice may forfeit the deposit and any prep fees already incurred.
Work already started
Once discovery materials have been reviewed or path walkthroughs completed, those phases are billable even if later phases are cancelled.
